Microsoft offers to download virtual machines designed to create UWP applications for Windows. Virtual machines ship with Windows 10 (version 2004), Visual Studio 2019 and other development tools
When loading the development environment, you can choose a virtual machine for VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, or Parallels. Each image is between 18 and 19 gigabytes in size.
These Windows 10 Enterprise VMs will expire on January 10, 2021.
You get all the tools you need to develop apps for the Universal Windows Platform (UWP):
